On the 19 December 2016, a Civil Penalty Notice in the sum of £2000 was issued to Advocate Policy and Public Affairs Consulting Ltd as a result of lobbying during the pre-registration quarter. On the 24 December 2016, the registrant accepted liability and has since paid the fine.
